No Proof - We typically design, print and ship within 1-3 business days. We will email you on the day your product ships with a UPS tracking number.
Proof - You'll typically receive your email proof within 1-3 business days. You MUST REPLY to our proof email with approval or changes within a week or so. We will wait for your reply before moving forward with printing. Remember to take this into account if you have a tight schedule.
Possible Other Reasons for Delay - Design may also be delayed if you order an upgraded package that requires special materials to create your order. Examples of this include Raised Gold Foil Seals or Embossed Seals, and anything requested that we may not have in stock.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on where you are located. During checkout, after you enter your location, you'll be presented with the available shipping speeds and costs to your location.
These are "typical" scheduled days to for shipping. Please know that we have no control over weather delays or delays as a result of UPS delivery schedules or other issues.
Orders placed before noon Eastern Standard Time count that day as the Day #1. Orders placed after noon count the following day as Day #1
